Timeline is tough!!! Mac Blodell..the big paper company just settled for over 100 million 2 days ago...so the process is in motion. RKR's claim if seen as "clear cut" (pun not intended) then it shoul be fairly quick.....however, we are one of 30 claims...as I understand it. There may be some brownie points for the government to settle with a smaller claim that is being made by a company in one of the Cabinet members riding. All the claims will be negotiated and considered. The order is somewhat suspect and the buearacracy untenable but such is life. Its just nice to know we have something viable as far as a claim is concerned and we have money to drill and we have a good property.....and commodities look like they are turning around....I can live with that!! Tacotime...bottom of 2nd Avenue isn't it, or is that Taco Bell?? Yep for "culinary delights" you'll starve to death in PA!!<ggg> the Chief
