Hello there!

I can understand exactly what you mean but actually in a NetWare environment, you can already do that. It's somewhat complex (yet not rocket science) but within one organization (or company), you can print from an office in say New York City to an office in LA. All there needs to be is an alias to the printer object (since they won't be in the same container) and the necessary NDS rights to do so.

So Marketing in NYC and Marketing in LA can share printed documents if need be via NDS, a WAN link and some additional setup :)

Also, they already have reserved the Digital Me trademark :)
