REPEAT-Digital Lava may erupt yet - Businessweek
NEW YORK, March 19 (Reuters) - Recent alliances and
contracts for Internet company Digital Lava Inc. <DGV.A> may
provide the kindling to fire its languishing stock price,
according to an article in Businessweek.
The article suggests that the stock, which has fallen more
than $2 from its February initial public offering price of
$7.50, may be struggling due to a lack of hype and technology
that investors find difficult to comprehend.
However, bullish investors believe the stock is very
undervalued and claim that partnerships with industry bigs such
as Microsoft Corp <MSFT.O> and Silicon Graphics Inc <SGI.N>
should push the stock higher.
Digital Lava develops software for creating videos used for
training, research and Net marketing.
