I understand very little about company protocols for issuing stock, but at a very fundamental level it doesn't seem like it could be a good thing for the company. I mean, isn't it like printing more money, where the more you print the less it's worth? Could someone could clarify in what way this could possibly be good for IZP? Also, if the company is AUTHORIZED to issue the shares, does that mean it WILL issue the shares? Or simply that it has the option to when it wants? I certainly can't complain about the way the stock moved today--I just wish I understood more about this.
