41 million dollars will probable be 10% to 15% of the
outstanding shares. This puts the market cap of Brocade at
between roughly 300-400 million (that gives the last VCs about
a 3 bagger). If the stock moves up on the IPO which I believe it
will, the value of Brocade will go north of 500 million or more. This makes Ancors market cap of 150 million seem like a bargain. IMO.
