There had been talk on the Raging Bull thread about GGNC buying out AGTI. I don't believe that, or any other buyout, is going to occur. CEO Scott is very "tight lipped" about the future of AGTI as he should, and must, be. The day in court is scheduled for this Monday. Based on the DD I have completed, I feel the company will be re-structured, with perhaps some additional support in terms of financing, that is presented to the court. Don't under estimate Mr. Scott. He is a big time player who wouldn't mess around with a company unless he felt he could turn it around. I think he will turn AGTI around! JMHO. I like the potential and enormous posibilities with AGTI!! Cheesehead in Wisconsin grilling brats and drinking a few brews!
