Nothing beats a pickerel out of those northern waters, nothing. But in a pinch, and if its a real cold lake with good currents, and if I'm going to eat it RIGHT NOW on the fire with butter, Garlic etc, there's nothing wrong with a properly filletted jackfish . (properly filletted is the key - if you ask nice, one of the guides at Jim's Camps (Stanley Mission) or Thompson's camps (missinipe) might let you watch at the fillet shack and learn the secrets....) BTW Chief, its a TacoTime, there is no Taco Bell that I know of in PA. Yes I also know of the ribs place, I think its a Greek place by the Liquor store... Jason
