I would highly recommend Roth's book as #2, if not #1 for anyone's LEAPS library.

I agree that the book is good, however be prepared to have a dictionary handy. I don't think I'm a dummy, but I often lost the LEAPS message while I tried to figure out what "avuncular" or "usurious" or "repute" or "aphorisms" or ""appellation" or "lucre" or "omnisicent" etc. etc. meant. I caught myself reading to find the next unknown word and forgetting to find the LEAPS message.... but a good book none the less.
