It is going to be a war between PC sellers who will offer free internet service and ISP service who will give away free PC. I would think free ISP service will be more desirable for many people since many of those people have got a computer already. That is another reason AOL bulls may suffer eventually when ISP service is becoming free or very cheap. DELL's primary customers are business, which is better than serving the retail buyer.
