are the shares going to be bought for $17 or not? are we not talking about some minor discrepancies to be worked out by the bean counters?. why don't all those lawyers that are blasting out those press releases include a more substance in their statements, so investors have more information? if the class actions fail ... then is not the litigation in part responsible for depressing the stock price? these are only questions.... anyone have any answers? Aloha
