Ten, Granted, they may be frivolous, but don't they make you a little nervous now that you just bought a position in AMD? No. I don't think that the courts are going to be interested in managing the day to investments of short term traders. The February conference call was only last month after all. A three week product delay does not justify a lawsuit. As you well know, unexpected problems do pop up in engineering from time to time.
