Is this deal being held up because inorder for Chase to go forward with $300 million of debt financing, the cloud on the financials must be resolved? If it is resolved and the discrepancies are not material or significant .... does the deal go right back on the table? Are we looking at a two week time period ? Anyone have any answers?
