Good post Valueman. A very good post. Predictability of launch execution (the upcoming Orion and Globalstar launches in April should do it) and the end of the obviously large institutional sell order in Loral (hanging over the stock for a "Boston" month now is our guess) should get some institutional buying soon. I don't think Globalstar is holding Loral down. That sell order is.
