Anthony, The questions in my posting were what I really wanted to know. Here they are again: How do you know, for a fact, that the SEC is taking action [even though you do not know what the action is]? Why would anyone at the SEC tell you anything since I should assume, any investigation would be on-going and therefore, hush hush?
