As I understand it there is a tenured offer on the table to buy out the company.. The owner of Tecnica and another private investor are backing the deal.. It's a matter of time to see what the buy out offer price per share will be considering the debt the company is carrying.. If this should proceed then I would think that this time next year we could see MRKR (if that's the symbol still) at a fairly substantial level .. Good luck all, TJG
