Judging from your comments and analysis of AMD and the CPU industry, I don't think you are even qualified to give investment advice, let alone legal advice. Jerry Sanders has been intentionally misleading investors for years regarding everything from yields to profitability. The fact that some investors are finally trying to hold AMD and him accountable is hardly "frivolous". FF
