Hello Everyone:

The word "PROMOTER" is an word that has many derivatives associated with it! Promoters can be the insiders of a stock deal, newsletter writters with big followings, brokers with large network of investors who own a substantial position in a stock's float, and brokerage/investment banks analysts. Many people who's deals are now followed have technical backgrounds (ie.mining engineers or geologists). Although the in the initial stages of a deal people follow people who have made them and/or others money in the past such as McLeod,Freidland,Walsh,Hunter/Dickenson,Lundins,(PEZ/PAGE/CLEMMIS), Wolfen, Lenec,Goodman et al.) This is a simple idea of "show me the money" thinking, that the ability of what a person has done in the past can be repeated in the future. People know that the Promoters have followings which enables a stock to get financed quicker and easier, also an audience is built into every deal they get involved with, thus if there is a positive news release the company stock will move based upon the following each company has.

Have a good day,
