Web, hate to sound like that money-grubbing Ramsey, but I think the Q owes me big time. Had a couple of buds using the T wireless plan w/El Scum Bag handsets--same problems you encountered. Flashed 'em a little leg [actually, in this case, permitted them to fondle my Q form factor QCP 2700 tri-metal], and it was a lay down. Personally responsible for at least 2 consummated Q phone sales + switches to Sprint PCS, with another one or two on the fence. I'm thinking of changing day jobs: hustling Q phones is a walk in the park. SM
