Here is the reason for the downgrade.... Excerpt from CBS Marketwatch: Preview Travel (PTVL) lost 3 5/8, or 17 percent, to 17 11/16. PaineWebber Internet analyst James Preissler downgraded the online travel service firm's rating to "neutral" from "buy." Preissler left his estimates unchanged. Referring to recent upper-management shuffling at Preview, Preissler said he feels the "ranks are a little thin at the top." Preissler did say he hoped the downgrade would be "short-lived" and still believed in the company's business model.
