It is clear in his Company disclaimer "No statement or express of opinion. or any other matter herein, directly, or indirectly, is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security mentioned. "
WSP is the company he mentioned and still mentions in his newsletter.
And Sudhir did recomend sevearl times to buy or sell wsp security. In order words, his company disclaimer becomes invalid under this circumstance.
Also, according the Term of Use of SI, the Ontario Company ACTs contains the Term of Use of SI, in other words, Sudhir Man played that double agent game will fail and have to pay the price because the TERM of USE of SI is contained within that the Ontarion Company ACTs. Ontario residents or any Canadian residents who lost money playing the wsp may file civil suits againt our Sudhir Man and claimed his misconduct by breaking his own discliamer of his company.
If a person bought 10,000 shares on January 4, 1999, at $4.50 and he took losses at $3.00 he lost $$1.50 X10,000= $15,000 one may claim this losses due to our Sudhir Man broke the Ontario Company ACTs. You see.
Sudhir Man was thinking he could get away through his double agent scheme SI talks as cover up you see. But he forget that he is responsible for that Onatirio Comany ACTS as the TERM of USE of SI is contained in that ACT. I am not kidding at all.
Any WAY, this SI talks, We are learning every day. But work as double agent is critically dangerous at very greatest risk. But on the other side of the coin, he has been enjoying greatest rewards and profits.
