As far as format goes, I think we can efficiently work that out by ignoring anyone who only posts a blurb on a stock and responding to people who give a lot of information and good reasons as to why we should invest our hard earned dough into it.

Regarding NS, I can sure see it as a value play. My only concerns would be that it will some day begin to show incremental profitable quarters again. Is it certain that this will happen, or at least almost certain? I guess with a dividend of 3.32% we can afford to buy and hold for a while. Is that dividend certain to remain though? Have they dropped it at all in the last 2 decades? Also can you post a link where I could see a record of earnings for the last few dozen quarters or so? I'd like to know how much they have declined and study them.

I am looking seriously at NS, thanx for the help.
