I must say that most certainly I am not a lawyer.....however, I do believe that this post here has now definitely crossed over into the " slanderous " category. You see, there are laws where one can not publicly comment about a " publicly " known person, such as Sudhir, with the kind of accusations you are including. I believe that you could be found guilty of defamation of character as people's impression of Sudhir could be affected by your sladerous posts. I do not think these posts are wise as you are not above the law.

Now.....that being said, save your slanderous posts to comment about goofball's like me who use " fake " names to post under and who know nothing about the diamond industry..........those comments would be " within " the law. :o)
