Fireside Chat with Russell at RGM
1. Hole number 5 is about 230 meters, planning on going to about 300 meters. At 103-113 meters visible Chalcopyrite. This is supposed to contain gold but I will feel much better after the laboratory results come in. From 204 to the current depth of 230 visible Chalcopyrite throughout. From 218-222 massive amounts of Chalcopyrite. Hole 5 is about 25 meters away from hole 3. (204 is supposed to the top of the Bri(sp)??)
2. There was visible Chalcopyrite in hole number 4 that was abandoned due to difficult reverse angle drilling.
3. Company plans on drilling a total of about 10 holes (this means about 5 more?)
4. When current program is completed what will the company do? Pause to reflect. In other words they are probably out of money or in neg. or something. May jv with a major, may finalize a buyout, Majors are sniffing around.
Folks just passing on my info. There is always the possibility that the IR guys are playing me like a fool, never know. Have a triple in this and it is always tempting to take the initial money off the table and go forward with "risk free" shares. I'm very long with a significant position in the company, just feeling pretty nervous that I haven't seen the PR that I thought was coming out this week. IR indicated there was a 70-80% chance of a PR on Monday. Expected to be "these are the results of hole number 3, hole number 4 is being analyzed and we are drilling hole number 6" This is my guess of what the announcement will look like.
So whats the speculation, the run up on the actual news takes it to $.48, great news is released, the stock immediately drops to $.36 only to start trading in a $.35 to $.45 channel? CMED, OTRKB & DUSA may not have the 40 times initial investment upside but they are definitely easier to evaluate and get solid information on.
