Ok, Check this Scenario, and tell me your opinion on it. CPU will do IPO the cpuDirect, It will raise 100M cash for 20-30% of cpuDirect. Then Market will instantely hype cpu.com to 800M or 1B dollars. In that case, CPU will end up with 100M cash to spend on cpu.com, and It will have the rest of cpu.com worth Millions of dollars, and keep growing and growing. Then Tell me, Will cpu stock price stay at 6 dollars, or may at least triple, lol.
So, the name of the game is to accumulate at this price, while the UnderWriters(Basters) are keeping the price depressed, to force us to stay depressed, and sell our shares to them for peanuts, so later they can play their dirty game. That's why there is a big block at ask side holding the it down.
