David, thanks for trying but your vewy weliable wittle birdie sang the WRONG tune: <<2) The formal launch announcement will be made tomorrow!>> It is so hard to be patient, you know, especially all you got from USR PR dept. is SOON. I don't know if you agree or not but waiting for the release of USR x2 modems is pretty much like waiting for an impotent man to perform; it may be later today; could be tomorrow; but, then again, could be when IT (the bird)wanted it. Like I said, my guess is Thursday or Friday(my new guess). Fingers crossed.
