Robert, the issue is not whose building Microworkz PCs but who will support them. First-time users ask a lot of questions and I'm certain the salesman at Circuit City isn't giving out his home phone number.

<OT> I installed the MSFT final IE 5.0 release last night without a hitch. IE5 caches pages noticeably faster than IE4. I have yet to hang the system. So far, so good.

It helps to have a ton of memory. With no other visible windows, Windows 98 has allocated 100MB of physical memory (zero swapfile) just to run IE5. That explains the quick page reloads.
