Well, I was going to apologize on the assumption that you are a minnow swimming in a shark pool, but after reading the full thread, I am not sure that that is the case.

If you want me to invest, answer the following questions:

1) Who is your auditor?
2) When will you file with the SEC?
3) What is the float? What percentage is held by insiders?
4) What is the average cost of the insiders holdings and are these shares restricted or freely tradable.
5) How many employees do you currently employ?
6) What are your current revenues?
7) What are your current costs?
8) What do you project for next years revenues/costs?
9) Why are you posting on SI?
10) if you are a software company, why do you employ a marketing guy that doesn't know how to post a hyperlink properly and once posted in all caps without knowing that this is a major faux pax?
11) Why is Chatty so obnoxious?
