Starting my DD on NTOY

Garcia - I've read your posts and I'll take your comments into consideration. With the weekend at hand this will allow time for some DD.

Thus far what do we have:

(1) Born from BANH after a 1-for-10 reverse (March 12 News)
go2net.newsalert.com

(2) one week of trading
(3) A few PR's
(4) Web site - netoy.com

List of PR's:

go2net.newsalert.com

10 MM's cover NTOY:

otcbb.com

Not much to go on, so this risk is higher IMO

Here are a couple of things I've come across:

(1) Market Digest Online Newsletter (March 18, '99)

"NETOY.COM: (NTOY) $15 Up 1/4 and traded on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange... We're hearing that this stock will soon have a huge short squeeze which could double the share price in a heart beat. The company is suppose to announce prior to this weekend a deal with YAHOO. This one is very speculative, but it's coming from an excellent source. The stock must have had some kind of huge reverse split, as the 52 week range shows $.25 cents to $468 3/4. That's all we know, but it could be worth a trade. Keep your eyes pealed on NTOY!!"

The 52 week range is the same as the info on Yahoo and given the BAHN reverse is misleading. Bigcharts gives the range as $4-19.50 - this week's range. I prefer the 52 week range to cover trading under the new symbol only - just MHO.

(2) The Small Cap Journal (March 19, '99

NTOY - a featured company:

smallcapjournal.com

In addition I understand that there are to be one-page add's in the Wall Street Journal and USAToday over the weekend.

Raging Bull have a more active NTOY thread with a lot more DD.
