san antonio group, everything seems to be moving in a positive direction.
Looks like Mike McKay found that GPGI had the ability to quickly go towards, and soon enter into a cash flow position.
If so, then its just going to be how much cash flow and whats needed to increase the cash flow. The type of stuff this thread wants to post about.
After this point Mike will leave and then it should be straight forward for J and T to continue moving this company forward.
In my limited understanding of this company it seemed that J and T put all their effort in the J & T Cat, and now Mike switched to other stuff that now has GPGI ready to get into what the shareholders wanted long ago.
Before a big push or discussion is started on this thread about those shares exchanged for a "workable catalyst", it might be in the shareholders interest to keep a carrot at the end of the stick incase that J & T Cat could in the near future not only work better than current, but it might really work much better, and then GPGI would leap frog over Maxam and MGAU in having a better profit return.
If I was shareholder, then I would need a way to see those share very inactive, attached to J & T Cat for exclusive rights to the catalyst in exchange if certain results can be attained.
Also a time period where if the Cat is not working, then return all shares.
Also, identify where the time and resources and money comes from to advance the catalyst. If from GPGI in part, then lessen number of shares exchanged.
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< No the T&J catalyst was not used!I know this for fact.Jensen has made no bones about returning the shares when he is sure that the catalyst doesn't work.I think the shares will be coming back in the near future when full production is achieved.I don't think it will work, but who knows we have all been surprised lately. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I say this only because once those shares are returned the J & T Cat could be developed and then "rented" out to other dirt companies. J and T will get money big time, but cost GPGI for a user fee.
