The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated Feb. 8, 1999 between International Riley Resources, ITL Capital and Inukshuk Capital Ltd. (John Dupuis) whereby Inukshuk has granted a buy-down right to ITL and Riley to purchase up to two-thirds of the gross overriding royalty (3 per cent retained by Inukshuk) on their jointly held CJ claims in the Lac du Charloit region, MacKenzie mining district, NWT. Consideration payable to Inukshuk is $1,500,000 for each 1 per cent of the GOR (subject to further VSE review).
In consideration for granting the buy-down right, ITL and Riley have agreed to issue 50,000 shares each to Inukshuk.
The property is held jointly pursuant to an agreement Jan. 8, 1993, amended Feb. 1, 1994 and June 25, 1998.
