I forgot to post that I asked Dale what Maxam was doing about becoming a reporting company. The attorneys are working on that as part of a total Maxam package, dividends, etc.. I even needled him that I thought, worst case, Maxam could merge with Windstar which is already a reporting company that doesn't trade. <VBG>
