jhild, You are correct that there should be no confusion as to my motives, I am an investor. As an investor, I do hope to make a profit on my investment, that is what investing is all about, isn't it.

Now that I have admitted to my motive, What is yours ? Surely you have not appointed yourself the protector of the thread, here to save all those inexperienced, young investors from being duped by the company and the big bad people who currently own the stock ?

To be totally honest, before I invested in this company, I spent an entire day reading every single post here, So I knew what to expect after my first few posts. You did not let me down. BTW, have you listened into the conference call. It turns out that the rumor I had heard and posted about was mentioned by management during that call.

Here is the post in question, in it's entirety.

Chris,

One other thing, I have heard rumors, and I emphasize rumors, that I have been trying
to confirm, to no avail, that some kind of hostile takeover may be going on.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough that these are only rumors and I have had no luck
confirming them. If anyone has heard anything similar please let me know !!!

It would though, seem to make sense especially with the stock at these levels. It might
also explain the recent action of the company in changing management.

I guess, unless and until we hear more, we will have to wait and see how things develop.

Well, that is quite responsible of you not to pass these rumors on then. It is so refreshing
to see some one verify stuff like this before posting. Some people will just make up a
rumor, just to get anything started with a flagging stock. Good to see that you have
higher standards.

But shouldn't we leave these kind of things to Liberty Capital? After all they get
$¾million for hyping this stock.

Btw, it could be that the book value may be overstated and the current price may
accurately reflect shareholder value. The apparent suspension of the CEO, and lack of
financial filings could be an important clue to unraveling where things stand now.
---------------------------

Here on a public message board, you called me irresponsible, you suggested I was me a liar. You inferred that I had low character standards. You compared me to Liberty Capital, a company that was paid for it's work and whom you had said some very unflattering things about.

Well jhild, Do not expect one ounce of slack from me on this message board. I will continue to treat you as you have treated me and others here. Your tactics of harassment may drive other posters away, but they will assure that I stay around.
