Tom,

There are many violations of the TOU that we see each and everyday out here on SI. We see people harassed, insulted, intimidated... etc. (Just as you'd find in medium sized neighborhood)

Basically the TOU is the law. And just like the cops can't or won't arrest everyone who breaks the law, SI relies on their TOU as the final arbiter when people can't work out their problems.

As for Daniel.. it sounds like he is trading stocks. CNBC ran their spot on him and he stated he was buying and selling stocks through some account, maybe one co-signed by his father. That's good enough for me.

I judge people on what they do, not how old they are when they do it. Daniel talks stocks and seems to try to do some reasonable amount of diligence. He's learning (as we all are), and deserves the opportunity to have his successess and make his mistakes. He will, and should be judged on that alone.

Let's drop this issue here. You won't find to many sympathetic ears for your legalistic arguments.

Regards,

Ron
