Nah, I'm just a day trader. I know the business, though. Businesses and professions are not evil. Some people are evil. True, it's a little easier to be an evil dude when you can make a hundred million in one day...take a look at the AVCO daily chart. That day when it spiked...I calculate that somebody scraped about 300 million off the top of the frappacino that day. Closed at 34 and opened a couple of days later at 4. Mortgage Bankers provide a service. So do lawyers, so do lots of people. I've been scammmed, but I don't feel the need to hold onto it like a plush toy. The way I see it, if somebody scams me, it's my fault. If I am honest and maintain a standard of ethical behavior higher than the scammers, they have a real hard time scamming me. Works for me.
