If you pull the EDGER report on SCIO you will see that back in April
the Wisconsin Public Employees Retirement Fund filed a 13-G that they
had purchased over 5% of the stock. I'd consider that serious institu-
tional interest. Another kicker is that Scios owns 1.1 million shares
of Guilford Pharmaceutical about $36 million.
