Chief, (OT) You certainly do appear to enjoy food. I can tell you the best ribs and barbecue are right here in Memphis. Actually it's quite interesting the different tastes people have in various parts of the country and world. I grew up in Alabama and sugar was never an ingredient in corn bread. The farther North you go the sweeter it gets. In Tennessee it has a bit of a sweet taste and by the time you reach NY you're eating cake.<g> Same with barbecue. Different tastes in different parts of the country. Sweet sauce in KC, pureed in NC, beef not pork in Texas, served wet at Dreamland in Birmingham, mostly dry in Memphis. When we hit on this investment I'll send you some ribs from Corky's or Rendevous and see what you think.
