I have to agree that, given the announcement that .03 EPS might/could/should/will be conservative, an EPS above that level will probably be required to maintain status quo at earnings release. This requirement would of course change if significant acquisitions are done or major contract signings are reported coincident with or around the time of the release.

One important reminder for all. My understanding is that the .03, or whatever, EPS that SETO is referring to for the 1/31/99 ending FY1999 will reflect ONGOING operations ONLY, i.e., any losses and costs associated with the operation and/or dissolution of the Teik Tett acquisition will NOT be included in that .03+ figure. Those charges(primarily excessive interest costs) were last included in the 3rd quarter Q. Since we are awaiting the 10K for FY1999, they will be included once again.

Historically some press releases report earnings numbers with the qualifier: "excluding one time charges for xxxxx". Some releases report net earnings INCLUDING those charges.

I urge all to read the earnings release/report carefully and to please keep the above in mind.
