Red, if you read the D-Bank report George Albino makes reference to shuffling and positioning of the majors that he belives will take place this year. The 32% interest in Snap has never been reflected in the stock price of ABZ. Debeers JV with MPV is by no means a forgone conclusion to build a mine.In fact it would make more sence to buy into a proven mine that is only few hundred meters from an operating mine that you now control a major portion of its wholsale production. The permitting of Divak will go foreward simply because it is to valuable to let it stay in the ground. There may be some inviromental problems and issues to settle as well as greasing the right palms. But when all is done the economics of the deposit will prevail. The sad part for MPV share holders is if snap is twice as rich or better than theirs,DB may buy snap and put MPV on hold.To acomplish this DB can hold back the MPV bulks and shake the shareholders out.At least we are in control of are own bulks. A very good position to be in indeed. James
