EDLF Thank you for your normal positive and insightful response. As usual you don't know what you are talking about. I wouldn't think it would be wise to suggest that someone with information is actually acting on that information. Why not. I did not say it was necessarily inside information. The information could cover any number of things. The one or two remaining short sellers may have finally picked up that our seller from up North may be running out of shares. Hence they need to cover. I don't know who appointed you this board's resident attorney but if you think that in the US corporate world the leakage of information during negotiations does not happen then you need to go back to law school.
