Crys-Tel Announces the Appointment of Two New Directors

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19, 1999--Crys-Tel Telecommunications.com Inc. (OTC BB:CYSS) Friday announced the appointment of two new directors, Edward Nixon, and Benjamin Englisch to the Crys-Tel Board of Directors.
The combined two new directors bring over 70 years of management, marketing,and telecommunications experience to Crys-Tel.
EDWARD NIXON
Mr. Nixon is the youngest of President Richard Nixon's four brothers. He is currently the President of Nixon World Enterprises, Inc., a service company engaged in projects for clients in more than twenty countries on five continents. He has worked on projects in mining, refining, manufacturing, assisting startup
companies in the U.S., development of original equipment manufactures overseas, expansion of international satellite communications, marketing of agricultural products, improvement of transportation, and support of cultural exchange programs.
Mr. Nixon is currently also a director of Global Resources LTD., The Metals Research Group Corp., Chung Tien Co., and Pyron Inc. He presently serves as Trustee on the board of the Richard Nixon Foundation and initiated an oral history study of the President's early years, collected data relevant to his heritage and
visited all existing presidential libraries to develop site selection criteria for the Nixon Presidential Library.
Mr. Nixon also held positions as Technical Employment Supervisor for Bellcomm Inc. for Project Apollo; Commercial Staff Supervisor for Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company; Mail Operations Manager for the Nixon for President Committee in 1968, and Co-chairman for the Committee to Re-elect the President in 1972.
Some other positions held were as Consultant for Triad American Energy Inc.,Executive Vice President for DNA Corporation, Director and Product Dealer for J_TEC Associates Inc., and Consultant and Director for Oceanographic Fund Inc.
BENJAMIN ENGLISCH
Mr. Englisch was born in Salzburg, Austria. He graduated from University in the Netherlands with doctorate degrees in Economics and Law. For 10 years now,Mr. Englisch has been involved in International Finance, providing companies finance and management tools for their efficient corporate expansions into global markets.
Mr. Englisch, having an educational background for International business, and having grown up with his family's achievements as guidelines, has developed his own special talent for Finance/Management. Mr. Englisch has assisted many corporations to flourish and grow into global market positions being the primary
driving force behind the scenes. Mr. Englisch today still retains large equity positions in some of these corporations. One such company for example is SBC Communications Inc, (SBC:NYSE).
