NEWS! I have just received a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission "pursuant to a formal order of private investigation...to testify in the Matter of Mountan Energy, Inc (HO-3449), an investigation pursuant to a formal order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the authority of Section 21 (a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934." The attachment lists 17 types of documents that I have to bring starting from January 1, 1998 to the present. In reading this carefully, I see that I do not have to appear in person if I produce all the documents. I wonder: 1) Has anyone else here been subpoenaed? 2) Why me? To whom do I owe thanks? :) 3) I guess this is certainly very good news, potentially, for us...or at least our successors...
