>>Does this mean they want to buy the whole company out or become some kind of partner with them<< Susie, From what I gather, the plan is acquire the company outright (complete ownership) paid for by a combination of TLWN shares and cash. This should have a very positive effect on share price given the profitability of Home Purity Products and the fact that it's a year-round product unlike the lawn division. The rest of this month and April should therefore be very interesting as the financials are released and the HPP deal should be wrapped by May 1.
