Question For PAP Veterans

Much of PAP's debt is in dollars, but their operations are in de-valued currencies. Setting aside political and operational issues, is this company in serious financial trouble on this basis alone? Their financial statements indicated that foreign currency risks were hedged, but I could not develop a comfort level as to what the risks are. Any thoughts?

My second question is on the fact that they have not issued earnings releases for a long period of time. Why is this?
