The thread on the Aber/Winspear lawsuit is hilarious. Nobody has read the agreement, and nobody knows for sure what the facts are. It will probably take a judge 2 or 3 months after the trial to write his decision. But a lot of people here claim to already know the answer. Why don't you experts out there save Aber a lot of time and expense. Get ahold of their lawyers and tell them they don't have a case. Make sure you tell them you don't have a law degree, havn't read the agreement, and have only a very general idea of the facts. Please then post back here and let us know what their response was.
