If the ALU keep falling, I doubt that private placement will be an option anymore. The so-called private placement is really a way to let Jacob family take f.com away from the rest of ALU shareholders. However, Jacob family own lots of ALU too. It is not in their benefit to let ALU go back to $4. That way, they lose even more than give some f.com to ALU shareholders. Just my two cents. BL
