Also, as the company came off the VSE, it should be clean. After the pressure put on the VSE to clean up the companies listed there, they have enforced some very tight rules. Actually the rules and regs on the VSE are way stricter than on the NASDAQ and especially on the OTCBB, so this company should be quite clean.
