They get this info directly from a number of intelligence agencies, tasked with this. And, believe you me, those agencies have got it down as close to 100% as is possible. I'm sure they'll appreciate your vote of confidence in their abilities... .<VBG> There is no intelligence gathering agency that I can imagine who can bat 100% on Y2K. Btw, when you refer to "The Government", who exactly are you referring to?? Is it a single person or agency?? The illuminati? Federal Reserve Board?? Just who is the "Government" and directs their every action and word? I might suggest that is certainly sounds to me like you have a political agenda you're trying to present as well.
