George,

Agree with all that you have said. But, we think there is a good shot for a derivative blow up this spring. From out of nowhere again. Just as rates are rising. Charles actually thinks, and told me so awhile back, we could see rates at 7% by year end. When he said 6%, there was only one other economist who thought like him on Wall Street.

Spring is right around the corner, so it wont be long before we know.
