mfgrep, I'm talking about the letter I received two days ago from DDSI. It is on their stationery, it is signed by Garett U. Cohn and it says in part (and I quote): There was a special Board of Directors' meeting held at which time the following resolutions were approved: (snip) - Approved shares authorized to be 50 million (10 million currently authorized). - approved a reverse split at a maximum of five (5) to one (1) in the future at the discretion of the Board of Directors. (snip) Unquote If you are a shareholder you should have received this just like I did. If you haven't I would recommend that you call the company. Perhaps Mr. Copia can enlighten us as to how this is good. Folks I've seen it too many times. BB's are poison. I know of which I speak having owned EUTO, MIDL and a couple other pieces of junk.
