One Step Ahead in Digital Video Editing

At CeBIT'99 this year, FAST Multimedia will present new
products - in Hall 9 at Stand C 62:

AV Master 2000, the new all-inclusive package for
S-Video editing
601 [six-o-one] - now - with the YUV-Option
'601-Component' for professional video editing
DV Master Pro, the tailored solution for native - DV - video
editing on Windows NT platform as well as DV Master,
the standard for DV / i.LINK editing will also be showcased

In the new building for information technology and multimedia,
Hall 9, Stand C62, FAST will present its palette of products. In
FAST's large area a total of ten workstations and two
demonstration stages will be available for visitors. The
'Competence Center' for FAST customers is back by popular
demand. FAST Academy is also represented at the stand,
offering classes for FAST customers in Germany. DV Master can
be seen at -various partner booths including Ulead -Systems-
(Hall 9, Stand A15) and DV Master Pro can been seen at Canon,
with 601 in JVC's area.

Video and Networking Division

Sales for video and networking were $70.3 million compared with $93.7 million in the third quarter fiscal
1998. Third quarter results reflect the sale of the Network Displays business. The company noted that
spending in the broadcast business continues to be soft as the industry transitions from analog to digital.
